I’ve noticed that many agents have stopped using flyers in the marketing of their listings! Flyers whether posted in a sign box, at retail locations, in the window of a brokerage or stacked inside of a listing are a good source of information for potential buyers. They also provide contact information for the agent and brand reinforcement for the broker.
A good property flyer doesn’t have to give a lot of information. Ideally, a flyer should include property photos, address, the price and some basic details. You can use flyers to highlight special details and high points of listing. Most importantly, a flyer should give contact information for the agent.
I use flyers for a consistent image on my listings. A template can be easily created and used for multiple listings. This template concept makes it easy for the agent or an administrative assistant to create individualized property data sheets for each listing.
